Sleep: Caffeine

Caffeine is the world's most widely consumed stimulant. While many people rely on it to function, its timing and amount can significantly impact sleep quality. Due to caffeine's long half-life and individual metabolic differences, some people can consume it later in the day while others cannot. For optimal sleep, it's recommended to stop caffeine consumption at least 10 hours before bedtime, regardless of individual tolerance levels.
