To schedule your lab review appointment with Dr. McCoy, please schedule below.

After your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a follow-up email with your intake forms and virtual visit link.

Lab Review appointments are $300, with payment due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance, but HSA/FSA debit cards are accepted.

If you’re a CommunityCare member and would like to use your annual wellness visit, please let us know in advance so we can provide the invoice needed for crowdfunding submission.
