Health Tier Memberships
Set your own pricing across one or more tiers. You collect and retain this revenue directly each month. No clinical staff required.
CommunityCare Referral
$250 one-time per member who enrolls in CommunityCare. Paid at enrollment. Pool economics improve as your healthy member base grows.
Standard Lab Margin
10% recurring margin on every standard panel ordered through the portal (~$370 avg). Members reorder annually — compounds without re-selling.
Supplements Margin
10% margin on supplements (~$60/member/month avg). Grows naturally as members engage deeper with their biomarker and nutrition data.
